Our Impact

Circle of Strength Family is committed to expanding access to resources, education, and community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families across New Jersey.

Through nonprofit-led initiatives, we work to address gaps that exist beyond direct services—ensuring families have access to the information, tools, and support systems they need to navigate complex systems of care with confidence.

Our impact is felt in meaningful, tangible ways throughout the year. From hosting Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) workshops that provide hands-on guidance in both English and Spanish, to supporting caregiver-focused initiatives that promote stability and well-being, we are committed to making resources more accessible and easier to navigate.

We also support families through community-driven initiatives that provide essential resources, promote inclusion, and create opportunities for connection. These efforts are designed to reduce barriers, strengthen families, and foster a greater sense of community for those we serve.

Through collaboration, advocacy, and strategic partnerships, Circle of Strength Family continues to expand opportunities for individuals with IDD and their families—helping to build more inclusive, accessible, and connected communities across New Jersey.

 Our work is organized across four key areas of impact: Resource Access & Support, Caregiver Support & Respite, Community Engagement & Events, and Partnerships & Systems Navigation. Expanding access to educational workshops and resource navigation support:
