From providing essential resources to creating opportunities for connection and support, our initiatives are designed to reduce barriers, strengthen families, and enhance quality of life.

Meeting Real Needs, Year-Round

Our impact is felt in the ways we show up consistently for the community:

• Providing Thanksgiving meals to ensure families can gather with dignity 
• Delivering holiday gifts to families, caregivers, and Direct Support Professionals 
• Supporting caregiver well-being through respite-focused initiatives 
• Offering year-round resource support to families navigating daily challenges

These efforts are centered on creating moments of relief, connection, and stability for the families we serve.

Expanding Access to Critical Resources

Circle of Strength Family helps families better understand and access available supports through educational and community-based initiatives.

This includes:

• Hosting Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) workshops statewide 
• Providing step-by-step guidance through application processes 
• Offering support in both English and Spanish to reduce language barriers 
• Connecting families to caregiver resources and support systems 

By simplifying complex systems, we help families navigate services with greater confidence and clarity.

Circle of Strength Family works alongside Circle of Strength, a direct support service agency, to expand the reach and effectiveness of support available to the IDD community.

While the agency provides direct services, the nonprofit strengthens and expands access to resources, opportunities, and community-based support—ensuring a more comprehensive and sustainable system of care.
