The Rooted In Campaign is inspired by the tree at the heart of Circle of Strength Family’s original logo. A tree reminds us that strength does not happen overnight. It grows through deep roots, steady care, and a connected foundation. Like the strongest trees, strong communities are supported by deep roots. 

For COSFamily, those roots represent the values that ground our work: community, accessibility, dignity, opportunity, advocacy, and legacy. Rooted In is a celebration of the families, caregivers, individuals with IDD, partners, and supporters who strengthen our circle every day - it reflects who we are, what we stand for, and how we continue growing. 

Together, we are rooted in purpose, growing through connection, and building a stronger, more inclusive community for the future.
